          Hi Stewart,
You do not say what the new computer is , what operating system and browser you are using. IF you are using the 64 bit versions of Vista or Windows 7 and the 64 bit version of IE9 then there is a known problem that was pointed out by “Steambuff” on another thread on this forum. (Back at last !) If this is your setup then setting IE9 to compatibility mode solves the problem. Using Firefox instead of IE9 also solves the problem.

            Hi Les

Thanks for putting me right on this, my new machine uses Windows 7.
I think I’ll switch to firefox

            Cheers

Just to reinforce what Les said , I also use Win 7 (64bit) and Firefox without any problems.

Had the same problem with Windows 7 and IE9 64 bit. Running in compatibility mode solved it completely. Once the site is set for compatibility mode it automatically goes to that mode every time you load it.

                  Hi Stew

I certainly find Firefox with Win7 64bit very stable.

                  Cheers
