That lever-indicator (Item 9) was almost certainly commercially made (mine is stamped The Unique and Pat. No. 23947.1 )  but this ‘un, Item 10, might be a “special”.

The hole half-way along the plain shank could have been for a pivot pin, so perhaps this was an operating-lever for something. It retains the link only because its pin is peened over.

I think some of your earlier Mystery Objects were identified as grinder parts so it could be associated with them.

Have a look at ‘lever operated tailstock’. Not suggesting it is one but it shows the linkage for that kind of thing. So this was just a lever operated something,,,,,,

Might have been part of a Tailstock mounted sensitive drilling device, or a slotting tool

              It’s what’s known as a “drop key”.

Commonly used by lift engineers to open landing doors when the lift car is away from the landing (for freeing trapped passengers etc). No doubt also used for similar purposes in other situations.

The idea is that you poke the key through a hole in the door up to the cross stop pin and the end blade then drops down on the other side of the door. This can then engage a lever on the inner side of the door and allow the door to be opened by rotating the key.
