      Not the usual slagging off.

      Renewed my print and digital subscription yesterday after getting an email letting me know my current sub had expired. I then found out later I wasn't allowed digital access. Sent off an email late in the evening and left it at that.

      Was out all day ay Ally Pally and found when I returned home access had been restored. So a thank you to Nicola and Katy in customer services for sorting it out.
