Yesterday morning I was milling a piece of Ali on my WM18 mill, and it started to stop and start, eventually stopping all together after 30 seconds.

I inspected the machine and found that one of the springs on the carbon brushes had broken, so it was not being pushed against the commutator.

I got onto the phone to Warco about 1PM, and they had a set in stock. The parts department was very helpful.

So pleased with the service at getting them out to me as they arrived by 10am today. Obviously the Post was on top form as well to aid this.

It is always so easy to put companies down when they fail but not many get the praise when they perform well.

Agree with Dalboy.  No complaints about Warco service.
