You are dealing with a computer. A human being will distinguish between a comma and a full stop; a computer cannot. It is fast but totally logical and lacking in initiative.

You need to persist until you make contact with a human being.

Did you receive any acknowledgement email for your subscription?

Could you send as many details as possible to me at neil.wyatt@mytimemedia.com and I will ask someone to look into this for you.

I need to know what type of subscription it was (print, digital or bundle), how you made the payment (please don't send bank details), which magazine, when you tried to order it and which website you made the order though.

Also, please check your spam folder in case any replies have been wrongly treated as spam.
