      Hi all,

I’ve been trying to locate some extra T nuts for my Unimat 3. The few that appear for Unimats on ebay seem to all be at crazy prices. One presently listed is over £20 for a single nut, including postage!

I tried these from Chronos UK. They do not fit as they are – but for the Unimat 3, all it takes is a couple of minutes to grind a bit off the underside and they then fit perfectly. I did one just using a dremel.

The base is roughly 4.5mm thick as received, it needs reducing to 4mm or a fraction less.

Around £1 each in a pack of ten. It looks like they can also be adapted to the SL, with some more taken off both the base and top. (No connection with the suppliers, just a useful find).
