      Hi,

      For some reason PocketMags hasn't downloaded the most recent edition. I pay DD for the electronic version. I tried the FAQ, but the link is busted.

          Try using the new Classicmags Viewer.

          go to "magazines" on the top green bar, select your mag and then login, you will need your new ID number. If latest mag does not come up then click the three bards top right and select archive which will bring up the 2022 mags.

          Both latest issues seem to be showing on Pocketmags for online viewing.

            Thanks. That works, but I still want it on my iPad, so would like to get what I paid for… access to editions on Pocket Mags. Any ideas?

                I know it works on an iPad, but it won't download the latest edition. That is the original problem – PocketMags isn't allowing me access to the latest edition.

                  I had the same problem – I emailed pocketmags using the “contact us” option in the app and they fixed it.

                      The latest issue of ME was not in Pocket Mags. When I looked it is marked as inactive, my MEW is active. I believe the problem is related to Morton's allocating me 2 Customer Id's, one for ME and the other for MEW.

                      Still waiting for that to be fixed. It was identified when I could not access the ME archive and they came back with the 2nd Customer Id.

                        Hi,

                        I am not able to read the September 2022 Issue.

                        The last issue I received was August 2022.

                        As far as I know my money (EFT) for one year was received by PocketMags.

                        Please advise.

                          If you subscribed by paying for a subscription direct from Pocketmags then you will have to contact their customer service as it is not part of our subscription service we would have no details.
