      Hi. Does anyone know of information on making a boiler tube expander please, tube sizes are

      1 1/4" and 5/8"…Tom

          What's the material that you are expanding?

           

          For copper you can use hard rubber washers tightened between two strong washers on piece of screwed rod.

          For steel you really need a taper roller expander which are commercially made.

          just looked on eBay searching boiler tube expander and it brought one up. Have a go.
