Trusted member required to view classifield details

I don't often login to this forum, just quickly scan the website once a month as I'm mainly a proboard forum member and other ME web based forums, I've just tried to get the contact details for an item for sale on the site and it now says

"Only trusted members, those who have posted regularly in the forum, can view classified ads contact details. Please contact a moderator if you need further details."

Can please advise how "regularly" is regularly? And how best to resolve this?

I can only suggest that you "contact a Moderator"

… The rest of us will just be guessing.

Choose your Moderator, and then send them a Personal Message.

OK, thanks Michael, This is my second ever post, and this post shall be third. I'm hoping this ticks the "trusted member tick box". I just hope once this has been confirmed I won't have to keep login and posting something……..

I've contacted the first Moderator I could find, "JasonB" – Hopefully he can resolve this for me. Knowing my luck, by the time this is sorted out, the item I'm interested in shall sold…….

I'm getting the same message as David. I used to be able to view the contact details ok.

Regular doesn't mean every week or month, just a few times a year – enough to put off the scammers who have no interest in faffing around posting on forums and whose initial postings usually fail moderation as obviously bogus.

You are now able to see classifieds, I just 'emulated' your account, but this will have locked you out.

Reg, you may need to make a handful more postings although I have asked for the number to be reduced it doesn't seem to have happened yet.

I think there is also a small time delay built in.
