Tool post grinder

Hi

I would like to make a toolpost grinder for my Emco 10 lathe.

can somebody help me how to construct one, and also what kind of motor would you need for it ie speed ect

Hi Paul

 

I made a tool post grinder I tried using a sewing machine motor but it just didn’t have enough humph for the size of wheels I was using ended up using  the motor from a wood router.
