Thoughtful service from ARC Eurotrade

I've been looking at getting a small vertical mill lately and have been looking at ARC's site. I seems SWMBO has got wind of this and ordered a SX1LP. At least somone from ARC called wanting to talk to her….. SWMBO would not know a mill from a food mixer by the way. She is a PhD linguist and violin player.
Then apparently somone called today before the mill was dispatched to ask what sort of engineer I was. They wanted to be sure she had ordered the right mill as "the SX1LP is more for "electronic" related work" than typical model engineering. She assured them that I was some kind of electrnics engineer.
I think it shows great integrity and thought to come back and check this rather just chalking up another sale.
Well done ARC.

I'll report on the mill after our wedding anniversary.
(SWMBO's getting a handbag and teapot that combined cost more than the mill…)

Wow! A lucky man, I get filthy looks when I turn up with a lump of rusty/oily machinery to add to my collection! Nice to have that ARC are a good company to deal with.
