“This VCAB has Expired”

I took out a subscription to the MEW digital archive a couple of days ago. It worked fine for two days but now I’m getting the message “This VCAB has Expired” when the viewer window opens.

 

This seemed to happen after midnight (UK time) on 20 Dec. I’m guessing it’s a software licencing issue.

 

I sure hope it gets fixed quickly ….. I’m having withdrawal symptoms already

Update:

 

I figured if this was a general problem others would jump in. They didn’t, so I did a bit more investigating and it seems I was a bit hasty.

 

This happened to me when I tried to access MEW Issue-16 and I gave up at that point. It seems that the problem is limited to that issue … or at least, any other issue that I’ve tried appears to be working OK.

 

Can someone else try issue-16 and see if they have the same trouble?

I have the same trouble with issue 16, although all the rest work fine for me.

Yes, it was (working fine)  for me up to about 2 hours ago. Since then I can’t get anything of the new archive at all …. just the original couple of pages (from issue 122 onwards)
