        Gentlemen,

I hope this of interest to you, I have uploaded some pictures of my main hobby, the pictures show the variety of engines at the GDSF last week which I attended as an exhibitor.

Interesting stuff. Lovely old Hornsby indeed. Were any of the engines running?

I always aspired to own a Petter M, got as far as a Fairbanks Z before moving to the dark side of steam.

The main prerequisite of getting a pass to display is that you have to run your engine from 10:00 till 17:00 every day of the five days and they check up daily and record your running time, if you stop for no apparent reason for long times the chance of you being invited the next year is unlikely.

Nice photos thanks for putting them up.

Any connection between the Hamworthy Compressor set and Hamworthy Boilers?

Most likely there are various divisions in uk, whilst at the rally I was talking to two gentlemen about my set and it turned out they both worked for Hamworthy but didnt know each other as they were at different sites.
