If we are into thank yous to TV retailers, here's one for Richer Sounds. Our handicapped son managed to completely screw up the settings on his TV. I was convinced we'd bought it from Richer Sounds, so I took it back. Turns out we'd bought it somewhere else as confirmed by credit card statement, but they still spent over 20 minutes sorting it out. Confusion caused because we bought our TV from Richer Sounds. They could not have been more helpful, a less honest company would have tried to sell us a new TV. They could well have succeeded ad I'd already had a go at it myself and not found the problem
