Lets give a big cheer for the subs dept for a change

I took out a subscription to MEW back at the end of February, but the free gift book failed to turn up.

I sent an e-mail to the subs dept. on the 17th May, received a reply on the 18th saying they would look into it, got another e-mail on the 19th telling me a replacement book was on its way, and received the book this morning.

Well done the subs dept and special congratulations to Marcus Hobling who dealt with my problem.
