      Hi,

I noticed that registering as a subscriber to model engineer entitles you to use the "online library", how good is this? Does it let you read all the back issues in their entirety as a .pdf? How far back does it go? And does being a print user only let you get the new real magazines and not enable the use of the online library?

      Thanks,

      Michael W

You need to be a Digital or Print + Digital to get access to the online archive, print only won't get you there.

ME goes back to 2002, not a pdf, its a magazine viewer so you can't download a whole mag but can print individual pages.

Print subscriber only get you a paper copy through your door

                  Hi

I have had a subscription for both Model Engineer and Model Engineers Workshop for many years. First Model Engineer stops being delivered and now Model Engineers Workshop has now stop. The bank confirms that there is no change to the direct debits, so what"s happening?

Have you contacted the subs department, that would be first port of call

                    help@me.secureorder.co.uk

A quick look at the limited details I can see has your ME expired last summer and MEW due to expire later this month.

Check the Direct debits are actually being taken – they may still be 'live' but if you weren't on auto-renew the the money would not be taken and the sub would stop.

                        Hi Neil,

As I said nothing has changed, I have had no problems for over 5 years. There is no change from my side but your subscription side has changed maybe their systems are different.

                          Hi Jason

If my subscription is to finish later this month, why have I not had my magazine?

                            Hello Norman,

I think i know what the current delay is, I have emailed you with a note about the information we need to proceed.

It does appear to be an issue arising from the change of subscription company – very few people have had this sort of problem, but that doesn't make it any less annoying if you are one of the few.

My apologies for the problems, I am sure they will get sorted out soon.

                            Neil
