Subscriber number

Hi,

I've just signed up for a digital subscription, but I don't seem to have received a 'Subscriber Number', to allow access to the archives…are these only available to hard-copy subscribers..?

Paul, how recently is Just signed up? Its not an automated service so has to be done manually so may be upto 24hrs.

As moderators we can't help much with things unless we also have a subs number so best to contact one of the numbers here if you don't hear anything.

OK no probs…

I'd assumed that since I get relatively immediate access to the latest edition (enjoying it, BTW) that the subscription number would have been (auto) generated & emailed over at the same time.

I didn't realise there was a separate manual process to send out the other number.

Are you viewing that in Pocket mags or somewhere else as to view here you would need the subs number.

Did you buy through Pocketmags or via this website?

Access to the archive only comes with subscriptions bought direct from MTM.

The subscription number came through at 10:45pm last night – someone was working late!!!
