Spur Gear Suppliers

Can anyone suggest a gear supplier, who is prepared to only supply a couple of 2:1 spur gears. I used HPC last year, who were very helpful, but this time round they didn't even reply to my e-mail. I've tried a couple more suppliers that I googled, but they also don't appear interested in such small enquires.

Might be worth looking at Technobots as well (http://www.technobotsonline.com/), they do steel as well as plastic. Bought some from there, very reasonable and pretty quick delivery. They might need modifying when you get them depaending on your application.

I got a pair of Helical gears off HPC a couple of weeks back, just ordered what I wanted on line and it was on my door step the next day same with all theother stuff I've ordered from them

I have also used GMB Assoc for spur gears, they stock Boston Gears products so are handy for American designed models which tend to spec Boston products much like a lot of older UK designs have Bonds reference numbers.
