We got a Smart Meter fitted as the radio signal to control our old electricity supply was to be switched off.

We were given the option of signing up to “Economy 7, 9 or 10”. We chose 10 and the meter was changed but things went really downhill after that as they said the could not support “Economy 10” and the Smart Meter would have to be removed! but they didn’t know with what?  They have since billed me for a meter that is not installed! They can offer no explanation for this but insist the bill is paid. That will not happen!

Anyone else had Smart Meter Administration problems. I cannot change companies until they can sort things out (Since December!)

After 8 weeks, an unresolved dispute with your supplier can be taken to the Energy Ombudsman. Earlier if a deadlock letter is available.
