Hi, I’ve also found it slow to load, and thinking that it maybe my laptop, I’ve done an error check and a defrag, but it’s still the same. However, Amazon hasn’t loaded at all in the last few days, and I’m wondering if it’s the start of Windows 10, end of support. It loads faster on my little Windows 11 laptop, but is still a bit slow, and Amazon loads OK. Everyone’s Avatar doesn’t show up for a while on both Win 10 &11 but it’s a bit faster on Win 11.

Was slow last night, then seemed to be ok later in the evening.

Painfully slow this morning, until I just turned on an Adblocker for this site.

Little box at bottom of screen kept showing, “waiting for Advintage”.

Probably advert related.

Mine is still slow to load and I’m still getting a note on screen that says “waiting for advintage”.  I have no idea what “advintage” is and I’ve not seen it before on here or on any other site.

… and when I had a quick look at the HTML … there are multitudinous fonts called-up

I know next to nowt about modern HTML scripting, but this looks sloppy and over-complicated to my naive eye.

It’s what comes up as the url if you hold the mouse over the banner ads like Amadeal, PNP and PCBway.

Slow to load here despite very fast fibre connection.  Tried turning my add blocker on and it is back to normal.  I normally leave the add blocker off on this site to support it but will leave it blocking adds for now.
