I'm thinking of building a battery electric loco based on the outline of the Sentinel shunters. Back in 1961/62 there was a construction series in ME, so I've scanned all the relevant issues apart from what I think is the final one, which is missing from my collection. If anyone has issue 3154 (early 1962) would they be kind enough to scan the article, and confirm it is the last one

Hi,

I've just joined bit I'm in the process of building a Sirena following the plans in the ME articles. The chassis is almost finished with the buffer beams, sandboxes and brakes, the Stuart D10V is almost complete as is the boiler. The biggest jobs left are the water tank and bodywork.

A lot of progress for 6 months work. Hopefully next spring she'll be in steam
