Simplicity Steam Roller

I am trying to trace a series of articles which may have been published in the Model Engineer Magazine regarding the construction of the 3" "Simplicity steam roller" . As Colin Usher's website is no longer accessible I would be grateful if anyone could give me the volume numbers or approximate date to narrow the search?

Thanks for your prompt reply. I understand that a drawing of the regulator was published, which is what I require, but I am not certain if it was in the ME Magazine. I will go through the Colin Usher website and see if I can find any reference to it.

I've had a look at this index back can't see anything, you may want to try a few different search words, EiM is also indexed there.
