Back in the 40s / early 50s I am sure that ME printed a series of articles on making a powered hacksaw, with details of how to fit it to a shaper, as well as how to fit to be driven by a lathe.
I'm not really sure it needs any sort of plans. This is what I used in the days before I got the band saw. You are welcome to copy and improve on that :-
My shaper saw is very similar in design to Marks – but obviously smaller (uses Junior hacksaw blades) as it was designed to fit my Adept No2 hand shaper. It is rather slow but fairly accurate (whereas my free-hand sawing is faster but much less accurate). It only wanders if I am tempted to down-feed too fast, as the thin blades deflect quite easily. The advantage to using this saw is that very little clean-up is required.
