Is anyone else getting repeated notice that their car tax payment has failed, even though it is nowhere near the time of taxing the car?

Looking at the sourcew it seems to come frome the nederlands and has , Student in it.

I know it is hijacking your thread but the biggest scam about is where car tax, or road fund licence as it used to be called, is not used to keep the roads in good repair – I mean what's the chance of that!

Whenever I see a statement like this I get a mental picture of someone parking in a no-parking zone – then turning on his emergency flashers to advertise the fact.
