Riveting stuff

I am at the stage with my 1” Minnie, where I need to start thinking about construction of the wheels. I recollect that this was discussed in the past on this forum. There was reference to a rivet setting tool: a good aid to riveting and perhaps superior to the traditional bashing with a hammer and set. To save me trawling through the archives, please can anyone provide a reference to this tool?

I only have scanned copies of the pages so I couldnt tell you the volume.

Perhaps look up riveting on this site – some good stuff there.

It's unlikely you will be able to get any form of rivit squeezer into the confined spaces between spokes and Tees so follow the book and make the tool that is shown.

In the origional article he made a smaller version for the rear spokes on the Minnie
