Report Icon not working

Tried to click the “Report” icon on a spam post and its not working for me. Screen just goes dim, part of the report window appears but most is behind teh top of the page and the cursor moves to top of page.

 

Can someone have a look at it.

It works for me, I reported the “health’ posting.
