Renewal woes?

JUst renewed my MEW digital subscription & received a message (part)

"… need to register for a free member account on **LINK** or login to your existing account. You will then need to enter your subscription number in the appropriate box in the 'My Details' section of your profile and save this before clicking on the 'Digital Issues' link in the left hand menu."

Did all the above but when I go to "Digital Issues" I see "Your Model Engineers' Workshop subscription expires in 1 days…"

It probably needs updating or it has given you a new subs number.

Subs number remains the same according to the email reply with my subs info.

Is there updating required separate from that in my initial post?

Maybe you just need to email the subs dept. My digital access was showing the 'about to run out' message for a week after the hardcopy money flew out of my account. If it is a manual process they probably just have one happy person doing all the different mags and making the coffee too.

Ckecked again today & renewal is effected – at least, the imminent expiry of the subscription message has been removed
