I have an ELLIOT quick change toolpost (S. 00 HB ???) fitted to my Boxford AUD lathe and am looking for some spare parts ie: 2 x clamping 'T' and 1 x eccentric clamp 'bolt' I am sure I have the wrong names for these pieces, but see the photo attached. All dimensions in inches.

Anyone know where I could source the bits from. I have tried making the 'T' clamps but can't find a steel tough enough yet machineable (by me).

I bought some spares some time ago (unknown source) but they are not the right size. Anyone want 2 x 'T' 0.615" dia with clamp bolt 0.400" dia

Can you help ? If you have a lathe quick change toolpost with an eccentric pin of 0.375" dia and 'T' clamp 0.630" dia, please tell me the manufacturer name and supplier as I am looking for some spare parts for my Elliot toolpost. If you have 'T' clamp 0.615" dia and pin dia 0.400" , then PM me as I have some spare bits.

            Thanks in advance Bob

Try RDG i think they do that type of tool post in various sizes. I have no connection to RDG.

Strange – No one want these spare parts – will only cost you the postage.

Hi Speedy, I think they are the same size as the ones fitted to Myford — I will check for you tomorrow and PM you

                  John.

                    Rotagrip do the spares

You may also want to think about contacting the people who used to make the Myford ones, they sell on e-bay.
