Hi,l need a bit of help.i have just purchased proxxon mill,bfw40e could any body tell me where to get a chuck for it,I think its 1/2 unf.thread. thanks.paul rogers.

If you would like a drill chuck Toolstation and Amazon amongst others list 1/2" x 20 drill chucks of varying types and qualities.

The machine is supplied with split collets for milling cutters so I would expect it’s for drilling?

I thought Proxxon were all metric but that may be just something I assumed. Anyway you need to be sure of the thread before buying anything to fit your item. It may worth investing in a set of thread gauges.

Thank you steve. For the drawings. I have checked in.my Zeus book it is 1/2unf.20tpi.you are a star.tool station sale them at half the price.i am leaning a bit each day.
