I am unable to login into Pocket mags.

Going through ME website it says a/c activated, click "Here".

This takes me to the same page as starting with Google search.

In both cases when I click on the 3-bar logo top LH corner it opens a menu.

What ever item I select I am returned to the first page.

Solution please.

Have you previously registered on Pocketmags?

If you have go to My Library and account along the top black bar and then a big orange "login" box will come up as your mouse hovers over it. Click that and login.

Just worked fine for me using W10 and Chrome.

While I'm on other users may be plesed to hear the print function is working correctly straight from the "read now" viewer.

Yes I registered last year and actually opened the magazine; 2 clicks of the mouse and the screen froze . as I expected my internet conection was too slow. I now have a faster connection, ( You Tube is now watchable.)

My sreen shows a black back ground with the pocket mag logo, below that an open book and the "shopping basket" and the 3 bars top LH. at the foot of the screen there is an inch high band that can be scrolled but not accessed.

At present its 2 clicks and I'm back to where I started. Thesame result googling their Help page and their Contact Us page!
