Pittler lathe : “Le progrès industriel M.H. Rumpf”

I finally succeeded in freeing the cardan shaft (universal joint) … That was the final step in making the Rumpf Pittles C3 usable. I had to make a special “push apart” thingy 😃. Now I have to rig up some kind of overhead transmission shaft, and I can start … ball turning, probably 🤔.</p>

It’s all looking good Jan, when you have the lathe completely assembled then send me some photo’s to put on my website.
