I’ve another earlier I clicked on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of an email, i was taken to a web page which asked me to enter my email address and confirm it then do one of those horrible CAPTCHAs all this to stops emails are they hoping it put’s people off unsubscribing.

Grumpy Old Men are allowed to have lots of pet hates.

Although I have yet to suffer from it; how about the Banks who tell their customers that “To improve our customer service, we are closing your nearest branch”?

The truth is really, to increase profits.

Really breaking the Trades Description Act, isn’t it?

At least, at one time Midland Bank (pre HSBC) were honest enough to declare “Keeps ahead on your account”  Too true they did, but I don’t think that it was meant to be taken that way!
