Perris SL90 lathe

hi I’ve recently acquired a Perris lathe, identifies with help from a  forum member. It is a basic model with no screwcutting or traverse mechanism. I would like to bring it up to a better spec.and need some help.

If anyone has one I need the DP of the gears and gear count, initially for back gear operation. I do have the gear that is connected to the drive pulley. Also need the size of the mounting hole in the gears and any other info. that will help me. I do have access to another lathe and a mill and have cut several gears before.

No guarantee, but I would be VERY surprised if they’re not 32DP

… which is, incidentally, as-near-as-matters interchangeable with MOD 0.8

Forum members who have Cowells lathes may be able to confidently confirm or refute that.

They are 32DP but I don’t know if they are 14.5 or 20 degree pressure angle.
