Can anyone tell me whether this company is still trading please? Their website looks active but the phone number doesn't work. They did close during Covid but did they reopen?

But … If they are not using a registered company name, there’s not much hope of finding out anything about the company.

It might be worth trying model engineering or model railway clubs near Nelson. Looking on the internet I found 2 which are local to Nelson:
