Has anyone else had problems with Parkside Controllers of Nelson, not answering calls. One of our club members took his loco in for repair just before first lockdown in March last year and hasn't been able to find out anything about it.

Google Parkside Railways and an announcement regarding temporary closure by a company of that name appears. I don't know if this is the same company you are seeking information on.

Looking back through ME, there are no advertisements in recent issues, but I found that in No.4633, 28 Feb – 12 Mar., 2020 to give the details –

The brand used as ad. heading is Parkside Electronics, of Smithfield Street, Nelson.

Using that directly raises a single, un-dated page with the address selectronics@btinternet.com”>pselectronics@btinternet.com and the message below, pasted as copied; and let us hope we are wrong if we fear the worst:
