Hi,

Having signed up for a new Web Subscription for MEW in February, when I login, and access the "magazines" tab at the top, I have access to the archive of magazines, and also the magazine for February, but nothing since. I was expecting new magazines for March & April

Ive emailed twice the contact email address of

help@me.secureorder.co.uk

but not yet recieved a response.

I did wonder if I had inadvertantly purchased an Archive only subscription or something of that nature, but I dont think that is an option, so seems unlikely?

My apologies if this isnt the correct place to ask the question, Im sure you can signpost if not.

Your best option is to use Pocketmags to view the latest issues. Basically register on the site and then down the left hand side you will see "activate subscription" click that and enter your 10 digit subscription number and you will be able to view all new issues.

To see the couple of missing ones from your subscription you need to contact Pocketmags customer services and ask for your subscription to be backdated. Once done that should allow you to see all issues paid for in the library there and can also downloaded to your machine for offline viewing.
