Hi All,
Just bought a very large lot of watchmakers tools and related items at auction and have started going through them.
Found this odd item and have no idea what it is for; any help welcome please.
I will try the first shot, Martin
I think it’s for checking the output torque-profile of a fusee
Need to get some shopping now, but will be interested to see the other suggestions.

MichaelG is correct. The interesting bit is in compensating for any errors.

Hi, thanks for this; how does it work please?
I fear I may become a bit of a pain with this haul as it has some very odd looking items mixed in with more “normal’ watch tools, including some nice Bergeon items.
cheers, Martin
Have a look here, Martin
