Can anyone suggest a good online supplier of nuts and bolts. I often seem to need just a few of one size and don’t want to buy in quantity.
http://www.ebolt.co.uk are good for stainless. I need someone similar for HT etc!

Try  http://www.ba-bolts.co.uk  first class service every time that I have used them.

You don’t specify your location funnyturn, if you just want nuts and bolts, B&Q have a selection. If you have a look in your “Thomson local” for “Bolt and Nut suppliers” or “Engineers tool supliers” you may be delightfully surprised how close one may be. And before the smart ar*es jump in, by GOING to a supplier you invariably get a BETTER deal than buying X off @ Y price.

Once some of them realise that an eccentric (Muddle ingineer) is frequenting the place, they take pity and give you a MUCH better deal.

                    Regards  Ian.

Circlip – I agree. Our local people in Yeovil – in our sizes, mostly metric, you are pushed to spend a £. 50 M3 nuts and bolts – 50p and that includes VAT

                      £3 if you buy stainless

I don’t use BA or BSF any more, but other than specialist steam fittings/washers etc, I wouldn’t buy fasteners on line any more .
