No Digital Access

Gentlemen, on first registering in January this year for the digital issues everything was ok, recently I have had to re-register by entering my 10 digit number? informed update succesful, but now am unable to access the digital section. only got access to the front cover. the rest of the site is fine.

Hi John,

Suggest you find a post from David Clarke (MEW) or Diane Carney (ME) and send them a personal message (click the message member icon on one of their posts). They can chase the digital subs people for you.

You shouldn't need to trouble D or D. If you check your email confirmation of your subscription it probably mentions the subscriptions department email for enquiries. Mine did and I had to poke them to get digital to work.

Neil, Bazyle thank you for your replys and advice, sorry for the delay in my responce computer problems, first time on line since my last post and I have manage to open the digital back catalogue of MEW so all is well.
