      Bought a new Android smartphone. Downloaded and installed ME and MEW apps. Activated existing subscriptions on both apps whereupon I find I have to pay for all my digital editions.

      Phone call to My Time media (a long one) where a chap attempted to help – unsuccessfully. "You'll have to use Google" he finally tells me.

      I didn't use google, instead I used my email client and sent a request to help@mesecureorder.co.uk to cancel both subscriptions.

      Drastic? Maybe, but this is not the first time I have had grief re: digital issues.

      Lifes' to short for such faffingdont know

          Rik,

          Please, before you cancel can you send me an email explaining what the actual problem is?

          You have a bundle subscription and there should be no issues with accessing them on Pocketmags for Android or the ME/MEW app.

          Did you try contacting help@pocketmags.com?

          You need to login/register to pocketmags then you may need to 'restore purchases'.

          It sound to me like you may have created a new pocketmags account on the phone rather than linking the app to your existing account.
