Hi all. New member here from Manchester. Fitter by trade. Don't own any machines myself – just use the ones at work! Never to old to learn new stuff so I thought i'd join the forum and see what I can gleam from it and hopefully contribute along the way. Ta rah for now.

Hello Wallybox and welcome to the forum. What sort of 'foreigners' are you into?

                    Thanks for your wellcomes.

i work for a company producing photographic consumables so basically its a chemical and coating plant. Lots of pipework and pumps! The "foreigners" are usually bits and bobs around the house and of course other stuff that comes in from my fellow workers – anything from car exhausts, golf buggies, egg turners (for a farmer someone knows) and of course everyones favorite the domestic toaster (which goes straight in the bin).

Welcome from a retired coachbuilder in South Cheshire. Ask any question and stand by for at least a score of contradictory answers. Most folk have their own way of doing things, and their own preference for new or old machinery. Just chose the answer you think will work for you. wink 2
