Hello, I am Greg and live in NE London. My main interest is watchmaking. I have made three watch cases and etched and printed the dials and currently have started making a pocket watch movement. I have a Pultra 10 watchmakers lathe and a Schaublin 70 lathe and am gathering the parts for overhead drive, milling attachment, dividing attachment and screwcutting gears for this. I also have a BCA Mk2 Jig borer which is very useful for making watch cases.
I joined the forum whilst searching for info regarding locking the transverse and longitudinal slides on the BCA, because mine does not have the locking handles (that tighten half moon pieces on the slideways) or even holes for them, unlike on the Mk3. Any advice would be appreciated.
