      Hi There
Has anyone got a set of drawings for the Nemett twin they could let me have a copy off.
      Reasonable expenses paid.
Also, Malcolm I believe did a much smaller engine, possibly a twin a long time ago.
Was this ever written up in Model Engineer?

      regards David

I dont believe the drawings for the twin were ever published as the prototype was finished just before his passing? wasnt it? R.

Does anyone know where any of Nemett’s (Malcolm Stride) drawings for any of his I/C engines are available for sale?

As far as I know the plans are not commercially available, I have seen them come up on Homeworkshop but they are hard to find.

I have seen on another forum someone who previously made teh NE15 doing a opposed twin with supercharger and a lot of the parts ave verymuch Nemett based.

Ron Chernich's Model Engine News website – http://www.modelenginenews.org – for Jan 2011 features a Nemett Bobcat twin built by a Ron Palmer in Spain.

Maybe if you get in contact with Ron C, he can pass on the email address of the builder.

                        Hi Steve
But do you have a set of drawings?
How well does the engine run?
                        Was it water cooled?

                        regards David

                          Hi There
I have found photos of it both air cooled and water cooled.
                          regards David

I built my 15S from the Magazine articles, the quality of the series I felt made the plans redundant. That should be set in context of it being the first model to come out of my (then) new workshop and I had no worshop experience…It did run too! and is now a shelf ornament:

ME did publish some Alibre developed models of the twin version, but it was a straight extension of the single, so shouldn’t be an issue to build one.
