Just FYI I spoke to a rep there “Catherine” about two weeks ago in response to some late/missing issues that were due. She seemed very eager to help fix the issues I was having. Certainly tried far harder than any other staff at Express Mags have in the past.
She was quite concerned that my emails to other staff had been ignored many times and did several things to try and sort that out, ie testing send/receive with my address, checking their spam filters, etc. Turns out everything was working fine, but it looks like some staff did just plain ignore emails. I didn’t push her on it though because she was genuinely concerned and trying to help I think.
