decided to buy a ticket in advance for this years exhibition, thought I would do it online, big mistake. First I have to remember a password, I cannot so a new one is sent to me, then I purchase the ticket but after putting in card details I am directed to a site for even more security, another password, key in the first, fifth and eighth letter of the password, so I quickly write down password, count 1, 5, and 8th letter, key it in and click on send only to be told YOU WERE TOO SLOW.
Now what happens, nothing, no advice to try again nothing to say if my transaction worked or not, have I purchased a ticket or not, perhaps the editor can tell me, perhaps he can give us old f**ts a few more seconds to write down passwords and count letters, anyone else had problems, or is it only me?

            Hi Baz
This is a standard security procedure when you shop online, anywhere!
The time control is out of our hands and something the banks use to stop people using your card.
If you are still having problems you can always call the ticket hotline and purchase a ticket that way.
            regards David

I had a spot of `bovver` trying to buy tickets. A red box kept appearing saying something like, “if you registered before Nov.`09, need to put in new password.” I eventually did and got what I wanted.
              Perhaps Baz should try again.
              John.
