Sorry but I can't remember exactly what the relevant thread was called;

RDG have a number of pulleys, including 4-step ones currently listed in their Ebay Store;

A search for ‘Pulley’ might show all(?) the latest/recent posts. Maybe need to search variants with rong spellin off corse.🙂

Chester 20 Eagle

Putting chester in the search box found 381 threads, mostly about Colchesters.

Putting chester eagle in told me there were no results for the phrase 'chester eagle'

I lost the will to go further until NDIY hinted I might be a bit stupid.

In any case there they are, if anyone wants them – personally I don't mind changing belts, and of the 'round column mill drill' variants, the machine in question will have had one of the most-usefully-spaced speed ranges, if the OP can find the bits to return it to standard trim.
