MEX Tickets Lost?

Hi

I ordered two advance tickets for MEX in Oct.

After seeing Davids post that tickets would be issued approx two weeks prior to the show I did not worry.

However when checking on orders on my Hobbystore account I noticed that they had been despatched on the 25th Oct.

To date they have not arrived, has anybody else got this problem?

Hi There

I suspect this is the HobbyStore ordering system.

When the order is accepted it sends an email out saying it is dispatched when it is not.

This always happens on the specials.

Says they have been sent out several weeks before they have been printed.

Thanks for that info, we have had items go missing in the post lately, thought that may have been it.
You must get fed up working with poor systems, you replied before Hobbystore, still waiting for them.

Just contacted Hobbystore who say they have problems with email and web site.

They also say tickets had been despatched, and would resend.

My tickets arrived within a few days, I suspect it may be your errant post.
