      If you follow Darren's link it shows you where to find your subs number if you are a print subscriber though I don't think some overseas subscribers have the number on their fly sheet. If you pay by Direct Debit you would have been contacted by e-mail a couple of months ago, this communication included your ID number.

      Otherwise contact Classicmags by phone, live chat, e-mail or fill in the contact form and say in the box you want to know your ID number

        Your Contact Page has yielded no response not even an "automatic confirmation"

        I have renewed digital subs for both ME and MEW last 2 months the latest confirmed 13 Oct

        The subs number. is the same for both ME and MEW???

        ME logon now gives "details incorrect" How do I check the Password? It worked before using my subs number.

        Renewel notice sub number is only 5 digits long, missing the zero.

        referring to my customer account page:

        Line 1 reads MEW status lapsed

        Line 2 reads ME status active

        Line 3 reads MEW status active

            Darren, I have not received email yet

            My bank statement shows payments to Mortons on 23sept and 4nov.

            Latest issues in archive is MEW, DEC 2022

            I am still unable to login to ME. The page offers no way of correcting or changing pass word

            Pocket Mags web site shows latest issues as MEW AUG 2022 and ME 4695

              Sounds like you need to get Pocketmags to activate your subscriptions with Classicmags.

              Fill in your detail on the contact us page include new ID number if you have it and they will raise a ticket

              They will contact you and ask for proof of purchase, selective copy of your bank statement will do

              They should then be able to activate the two subscriptions
