When I was working I visited a company which I will not name, they machined brake disc’s for several car companies and I was amazed at the speed they were being machined equal to the video if not faster. The disc was placed in a cabinet (CNC) they were  spun at a very fast speed and used to tool tips at the same time which glowed red when cutting I asked the operator what the speeds and tips were but he would tell me, I did note however the CNC machines were Italian
