Yes, less than 1mm height for the key is reducing it a bit too much – almost not there! I wasn't sure of the details of Graham's design as I don't own a Myford, at the time I was more interested in the principle of operation so that I could adapt the design for my own machines, which are different to any of the versions and variants that I've seen so far.

Look on the bright side – at least you've had practice at making the part!

I,v had a look at your album Brian, and all your photos except the one you want are there, perhaps with the reshuffle of the site that's going on at the moment it's gone temporally AWOL.

Everything else is working OK.

It's possible the file went onto the old server just before the switchover and missed being transferred to the new one (this is only a guess!)

Perhaps you could upload it again?

I have tried to repost the whole thing, despite being told the page was 'unobtainable, please try later', and I think I have it back, with a photo, on my album.

Uploading to the forum was creaky and terribly slow and I can see it isn't there again. Just logging in seems to be cranky too.

So, for those who want to enjoy my cock up, please look at my albums, this posting has decided it best to draw a veil over the whole episode and I would much rather now be in the shed making a good one!
